Welcome to your new Access Credit Union


Crosstown Civic Credit Union and Access Credit Union officially merged on January 1st, 2021.

We are excited to officially welcome you to your new Access Credit Union, a credit union that offers new opportunities, new products and services, and an even stronger financial position as a whole.

Reminder: Continue to bank using your respective credit union website online banking and mobile app.

We are in the process of integrating our operations and in spring 2021, we will unify our website and banking systems to complete the full Access Credit Union experience

In the meantime, please continue to bank using your respective credit union website online banking and mobile app. It's also business as usual for cheques, debit cards, pre-authorized payments, investments, loans and mortgages.

While the full integration won't happen overnight, here are some immediate benefits all members can enjoy:

Enhanced account package and product line up
Our new, consolidated account package lineup and service fee structure is effective January 1, 2021. Most products remain the same with added benefits, although you may see a new name or two. Full information on product changes is available on our CU Success merger site.

Expanded branch and ATM network
Enjoy the convenience of increased accessibility with our expanded 26-branch network throughout Winnipeg and Southern Manitoba. Please remember that COVID-19 restrictions still apply—all Winnipeg branches are open by phone or appointment only. View a PDF with our full listing of branch locations.

Fresh new look
In October 2020, we unveiled our new Access Credit Union brand and brand promise, and we have begun to adopt the fresh new look wherever you see us—starting with our 26-branch network and community space signage. This will happen gradually, from the inside out with the intention of limiting disruption to members. This means you may continue to see the existing logos from each legacy credit union until the metamorphosis is complete. During this time, all members can continue using your existing cheques, debit cards, and Collabria credit cards with no disruption.

New service number and hours
Our Members Solutions Centre can now be reached at 1.800.264.2926, and hours have been updated slightly:

  • Monday to Wednesday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Thursday & Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
