We’re banking a little differently

We're here to help– we're just banking a little differently.

At CCCU, we're all family. Our employees, our members, and the communities we serve are our first priority.

Like many organizations, Crosstown Civic is continuing to take further actions based on government recommendations to help flatten the curve. Since the update distributed via email to members last week, we have continued to focus on ways we can further protect the health and safety of our members, our employees, and the communities that we serve. We are asking our members to partner with us to do this, which will require all of us to do our part by banking a little differently. As a result, we are making additional temporary changes to our operations.

Effective Monday, April 13, our branches will serve members by phone or appointment only.
While we will not be open to walk-in member traffic, we are still here to help, just in a slightly different way. Branch employees will continue to work in-branch assisting members via phone or by appointment. We are here for you and we are committed to providing you with the outstanding service and support you deserve.

By appointment only Monday to Friday from 10am to 4pm.
We will consider in-branch appointments on a case-by-case basis for urgent or essential in-branch services that can only be completed in person. If you need to get in touch or request an appointment, please call your local branch. If it is determined that you require an in-branch appointment, please know that we have implemented strict physical distancing measures inside and outside our branches and have increased our cleaning protocols.

Most of your banking can be done through our remote options like ATMs, telephone, online, and mobile banking. These options ensure unlimited, 24-hour access to your money without needing to leave your home. Businesses can also continue to make deposits in any of our branch night depositories with the exception of Winnipeg Square. Please call us for more information on how to get set up.

We know this is an extremely difficult time for many of our members and we want you to know that we are here to support you in any way we can. We have created a COVID-19 Support Hub to assist with questions you may have.

Please know that you have our unwavering support, and as your financial partner, you can trust that your money is safe with us. Deposits are 100% guaranteed by the Deposit Guarantee Corporation of Manitoba.

It is in times like these that we must come together as a community and do our part. We thank you for your business and your trust. We're going to get through this together.
