We continue to take extra steps daily to sanitize surfaces in our locations, provide alcohol-based hand sanitizers, and follow protocols recommended by public health agencies to keep our members and employees safe. While we are doing our part so that you and our staff can have a healthy and safe environment, you must also do your part.At this time we are doing what we can to stay open to serve our members with their essential needs; however, we are implementing stronger social distancing protocols to continue to minimize the potential spread of COVID-19. We are reducing branch hours to 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday to Friday, limiting member traffic to a maximum of five members in the branch at a time, and asking that you please maintain at least 2 metres (6 feet) distance between yourself and our wickets/desks.
We will be reserving the first two hours, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., for visits by appointment only to allow our high-risk and immuno-compromised members to visit us to complete their banking. We ask that all non-essential appointments be managed via telephone if possible, and rescheduled for a later date, if not. If you have an appointment that was scheduled previously that is coming up over the next several weeks, your Advisor will be in touch to discuss your options.
By providing service by appointment only, we can ensure the cleanliness of the branch and reduce the exposure high-risk individuals may have to infected persons. Allowing them in during this window allows us to completely sanitize the branches before their arrival and ensure they have no contact with those who might put them at risk.
Outside of the reserved window, we are limiting member traffic to a maximum of five members in the branch at a time. In addition, we are asking that you please maintain at least 2 metres (6 feet) distance between yourself and our wickets/desks.
Please do not visit us if you are experiencing cold or flu symptoms including aches and pains, sneezing, coughing, or shortness of breath. Please contact your branch or our Member Solutions Centre via phone instead. We strongly encourage members to take advantage of online, mobile, or telephone banking to complete your day-to-day banking needs.
During this challenging time, we're working hard to support you, our employees, and our communities.
We are all in this together.
