[Updated] Issues with Interac e-Transfers®
UPDATE: The issue with accepting e-transfers has been resolved.
We have been advised by our service provider that some credit unions are experiencing issues with Interac
e-Transfers. There is an issue affecting members' ability to accept e-Transfers. Some members are experiencing slowness or receiving error messages when attempting to accept e-Transfers. At this time, no issues have been reported with sending e-Transfers.
Our provider is investigating root cause and working towards issue resolution. We will provide updates as we receive progress updates. Thank you for your patience.
