RESOLVED: Issues accepting e-Transfers®

We have been advised by our service provider that the issue with accepting e-transfers has been resolved. Please contact our Member Solutions Centre at 204-942-1277 if you continue to experience issues.


When you attempt to receive an e-Transfer, you may see multiple provinces (in English or French) in the drop-down on Interac's gateway page. You may also see an error message about your session timing out. Interac is currently investigating this issue. We will continue to provide updates as we receive them. Thank you for your patience.
