To combat the spread of COVID-19, we are temporarily closing five branches and reducing hours at the remaining open branches, effective Monday, March 23, 2020.

At this uncertain time, we wanted to reassure you that we are doing everything we can to ensure the health and safety of our employees and members. As the COVID-19 outbreak continues to evolve, we all have an important role to be part of the solution in helping to flatten the curve. To that end, we are implementing some additional changes.

Hours Reduced – Some Branches Closed

Effective, March 23rd, CCCU will reduce hours at ALL our branch locations from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Temporary Closures Starting March 23

Starting on Monday, March 23th, CCCU will temporarily close some of our branches to help reduce the opportunity for the spread of COVID-19. We have made every effort to ensure there is at least one branch open in each quadrant of Winnipeg.

Although the doors may be closed at some of our branches, staff are still working and able to serve you over the phone. ATMs and night depositories will remain open in all of our locations, along with all other digital services. We are also opening additional dedicated phone lines to serve you. The open branches – operating 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. starting Monday, March 23 – are:

  • 2800 Pembina Hwy
  • 1200 Henderson Hwy
  • 1250 Portage Ave
  • 1450 McPhillips Street
  • Commercial Department – appointments only available by phone

Until we resume regular business practices, please continue to bank digitally, by ATM, telephone banking, or by calling any one of our branches or the Member Solutions Centre for assistance.

Services available online

Members can still access their accounts and complete the following tasks by telephone, online, or through our mobile banking app:

•View account balances, transactions, and credit card information

•Send an Interac e-Transfer®

•Pay bills

•Deposit cheques (using the mobile banking app)

•Manage other banking

All of these measures are intended to support the national efforts in helping to flatten the curve, while also respecting our employees who, like you, are balancing the needs of children who are no longer in daycare or school due to closures, or family members who need them.

We are here for you. We know these are uncertain times, but we want to ensure you that as our members you will have continued access to banking services and your funds. Deposits are also 100% guaranteed by the Deposit Guarantee Corporation of Manitoba.
