On the evening of Monday, December 14, we received an update from our online banking service provider regarding the error message issue when logging out.
Google Chrome recently released an update that is causing the warning message noted below. Our provider is in the process of making adjustments to the online banking site components that are triggering this warning. In the interim, members can use a different browser such as Firefox or Edge or simply continue after acknowledging the error. We will receive additional information by the end of the week.
It has come to our attention that users who are accessing online banking via the Google Chrome browser are getting the following error message when they log out:
We are investigating this issue and advise members to access online banking with an alternative browser, such as Microsoft Edge, until it has been resolved. We will update this post as we learn more about this issue.
