Enhanced mobile banking experience with app upgrade

mobile-app Enjoy enhanced Deposit Anywhere™ functionality with MiSnap™

We are excited to announce we have enhanced your mobile banking experience with fantastic new features!

We are excited to be able to offer our members increased usability with the upgraded CCCU Mobile App v15! This new update includes routine bug fixes and performance improvements designed to better the user experience including enhanced Deposit Anywhere™ functionality with MiSnap™.

An Effective Way to Capture Cheque Images

MiSnap will provide a better way to deposit cheques using Deposit Anywhere. When depositing a cheque today, members position the phone over the cheque and tap to take a picture. The new MiSnap technology will improve the speed, reliability, and clarity of deposits through Deposit Anywhere. Instead of centering the cheque and tapping to capture the image, the software uses the phone's video camera to determine when the cheque is centered and automatically captures the image for you. Tapping, which can distort an image, is not required to take a picture and pictures won't be taken unless the cheque is in the correct spot. This provides significantly fewer instances where you will be asked to retake the picture.

Repaired Issue with Android Pixel's Soft Home Button

When Google launched Android™ 10, Android Pixel's soft home button caused an issue with Deposit Anywhere due to the location of the capture button. A workaround was announced on September 26 but the MiSnap upgrade eliminates this issue and the workaround is no longer required.

NOTE: The first time you log in after updating to the new version, you will be required to recreate your saved profile and enter your login information again.
