In response to further restrictive measures announced by the Manitoba Government on Tuesday, Nov. 10, all branch visits will be available by appointment only effective on Thursday, Nov. 12.

Please call our Member Solutions Centre at 204.942.1277 to book an appointment or get service over the phone.

Please consider in-branch appointments for urgent or essential services that can only be completed in person. An essential in-branch service is defined as a service that cannot be done through ATM, online/mobile banking, telephone banking, or over the phone and/or requires a signature.

If you need to get in touch or request an appointment, please call 204.942.1277. If it is determined that you require an in-branch appointment, please know that we have implemented strict physical distancing measures inside and outside our branches; and we have increased our cleaning protocols.

Most of your banking is able to be done through our remote options like ATMs, telephone, online, and mobile banking. These options ensure unlimited, 24-hour access to your money without needing to leave your home. Businesses can also continue to make deposits in any of our branch night depositories with the exception of Winnipeg Square. Please call us for more information on how to get set up.
