We’re upgrading to a new website and online banking platform.

Access Credit Union and Crosstown Civic Credit Union officially merged on January 1st, 2021. We are now in the process of integrating our operations and banking system.

Part of our integration includes an upgraded digital experience: a clean, easy-to-navigate website and a new online banking and mobile app with convenient new features to help you manage your money more conveniently.

Unifying operations is a two-step process:

IMPORTANT: Update or verify your contact information

Please update your mobile phone numbers or email with us—it's the most important action you can take to prepare for the new banking platform.

When you sign in to the new banking platform for the first time, your email address or mobile phone number is used to help verify your identity along with new security features.

Update your contact info in minutes using one of the following secure methods:

  • Account Opening - Open chequing, savings, or investment accounts
  • Calculators - Foreign exchange, loans, mortgages, investment accounts
  • Device controls - Lock or unlock any device that you may have used in online banking
  • Canadian to US Dollar Transfers - Transfer funds from Canadian currency to USD currency easily
  • Favourites - Add, edit, delete, and view favourite transactions and accounts
  • Loan Transactions - Make principal-only loan payments (via intra-account transfers)
  • Multi-Factor Authentication - Two-factor authentication provides greater security
  • Member-to-Member Transfers - Set up your own member-to-member transactions
  • Password Recovery - Change or reset your password on both mobile and online banking
  • Personalization - Add a profile photo, flag favourites, and more!
  • Secure/Two-Way Messaging - Send, receive, reply, and archive messages within the secure system
  • Stop Cheques - Request a stop payment for a range of cheques
  • Transaction Downloads - Download a PDF copy of transaction details
