Attention Business Members

Business members of Crosstown Civic Credit Union must appoint a representative to cast a vote on behalf of the organization.

In accordance with The Credit Unions and Caisses Populaires Act (the Act), an individual member of a Credit Union, over the age of 18, may cast a maximum of two votes for Director Elections or Special Resolutions – one for his or her personal membership, and another as a representative of a corporate body or association.

All corporate or association members must delegate, by formal resolution, a representative to cast a vote on behalf of the organization. This process may involve delegating the responsibility for voting authority to alternate individuals to ensure that the two-vote maximum for an individual is not exceeded. By assigning a delegate, the individual must be over the age of 18 and can either be another signor on the account, other member or non- member of the credit union. Each individual delegate may not already be representing another corporate body or association with the credit union.

Members will only be allowed to join from one device, and from one registered email address. Please register your business under the delegate's name and business/delegate email.
