Accessing Mobile Web
To access Mobile Web banking, members must be registered for online banking. Once registered, there is no need to download or install any applications, just visit crosstowncivic.mb.ca on your smartphone’s browser and you’ll see a simple site designed for your handheld device. As long as you’ve logged into online banking at crosstowncivic.mb.ca from your laptop/desktop computer at least once, you can log into our mobile banking site using your Login ID and Password.
Any smartphone with a desktop-grade Internet browser – for example, the Safari mobile browser found in Apple® products, the Google™ Android browser, or the Blackberry® browser.
Mobile Web uses the same secure login process as our Online Banking site to keep information secure. No account information, such as account numbers, balances, or identifying details, are stored on your device.
TIP: What to do if your device is lost/stolen.
If your phone ever goes missing, your banking information can only be accessed if someone has your password. Contact your mobile carrier to have your device deactivated. If your password is recorded somewhere on your lost or stolen phone, change it immediately in Online Banking or contact us to have it changed.
